The morale boosting win from the Dolphins on Thursday seemed to rub off positively on the juniors as the Calves showed their teeth and went riot, brushing aside the younger lions for that elusive first victory.

Boosting the likes of Amos Boon, Sobrie Mazelan and Duncan David Elias, the boys took the game by storm and went ahead with two quick goals, courtesy of Rohaizal in the first minute and a Sobrie penalty after Mamadou was fouled in the box. Raymond floated in a free kick for the third goal before the opposition replied from a defensive blunder. Mamadou chipped in a goal to prevent any thoughts of a comeback. With the score 4-1 in our favor, the match was effectively over by half time. Substitute Israel put the icing on the cake with the fifth and final goal in the second half.

Great job!

  1. Great work by the calves. We need that crucial win as we are languishing in the bottom of the prime league table(Sources from BKFC website). With this win we should have move to the 7th position.Just think that it is a a bit unfair for the gombak game result to be overturn as a 2-0 in favour of them since it is not our fault,if not that will be our second victory.Nevertheless, hope for continual of good result coming along from both the senior and the junior side.

  4. Our Prime League first eleven that plays against the Singapore under 18 is really a very strong and balance team. We start attacking from the first whistle. With the likes of Sobrie, Diallo, Duncan and Raymond, this team really looks exciting going forward. If you guys continue to play this way then this team is certainly a force to reckon with. Well done also to Aide the Dolphin’s Prime League Team Coach.
