A momentous occasion for the club, truly one for the record books.
Transfer Updates
Contrary to what was reported in the papers earlier, Fazrul Nawaz has yet to put pen to paper with the club.
Contract negotiation wasn’t unsuccessful as we had hope. Until some sort of understanding can be reached by both parties, at this point of time he is still a free agent.
As for potential target Indra Sahdan Daud, everything hinges on the national player-cum-captain’s application for interim release from the police force. Red tapes, red tapes. Nothing we can do but wait on it.
What has been confirmed though, is the recent signing of Azhar Baksin, an offensive player by trade. With his inclusion in the squad, the club has now fulfilled 19 of the 20 registered player quota for the upcoming season. It’ll be interesting to see who will be the player to fill that final slot.
Watch this space for future development.
